Deposit of 50% of total cost required at the time of booking to secure rooms. The credit card details of the nominated person booking on behalf of the group is required.
In addition credit card details for each room occupied must be given at check in.
The card details will be held as ‘security’, and, in the event of any damage arising due to negligent behaviour / misconduct, during the course of the groups stay, which is attributed to the group, or any one individual, belonging to the group, the costs incurred will be charged accordingly.
'Special Rates' quoted for Group bookings will be based on the actual numbers given at time of booking .Should there be a variation in the numbers booked we request advance notice of at least 48 hours to management, otherwise our cancellation policy will be applied .Please note that the full rate will be payable.
