- Follow signs into Carrick-on-Shannon town centre (one way system) and turn right at JOE LOWE'S PUB.
- You are now on the Leitrim Road (R280), travel approx 500 metres( passing Statoil Garage on left).
- Ahead you will see a sign for Coote Hall (L3400) at a slight bend on the road, go left on this bend.
- On the left you will pass the Leitrim Observer
/ Cox's Pharmacy, we are on the right (approx 100 metres on this road).
- Directly on the right are two bungalows, Ciuin House is next to these, signs are at entrance!
